MEDITERRANEAN STYLE NACHOS

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr feta cheese
  • 150ml Bruschetta topping: “Bruschetta Sundried Tomato”
  • 2 tbsp olives diced
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
  • 200gr corn tortilla chips

Method:

1.  Put in a small bowl, mix olives, bruschetta topping; set aside
2. On a large plate, arrange tortilla chips in a single layer. Top evenly with cheese.
3. Spoon the mixture evenly over chips and cheese
